The house disposes of 18 beds in three double rooms, two suits and one studio, all of them equipped with en-suite bathrooms and terraces with splendid view of the sea and the adorable old neighborhood of Sozopol town. Each dwelling is dotted of personal and individual decoration, but the overall design concept is based on the rustic style with romantic flair enhanced by the amazing combination of wood, stone and wrought iron.

The house benefits architecture, furnishings, set of services and heating facilities that make it exceptional and excellent for a holiday all year round – in summer, as well as in other seasons. You can have a splendid summer holiday, but also take full advantage of the fishing season – April and October, to celebrate with your friends and loved ones all the lovely Bulgarian holidays – Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.

The house is an excellent choice for individual rental, family occasions, corporate events or the quest of artistic inspiration. The spacious yard includes a playground and a coquette dining area with an outside barbecue and Italian brick-made oven for pizza making. You will benefit of a breath-taking view of the old town of Sozopol and the mystic island Saint Ivan from the arbor with tent, garden Jacuzzi with garden showers, plank-beds with canopy, silent corners with hammocks and lounges.

Guests of the house will dispose of a spacious sitting room, several separate areas for rest, cafe and home cinema, a modernly equipped kitchen designed in a traditional style of romantic old-times flair, cozy dining room with large wooden table. They will find on the first floor a library with an office corner and wireless internet access.

The huge sea-view veranda ensures endless delight of the beautiful seaside - even in bad weather.

Romantic stairs starting right in front of the house will bring you down to a secret treasure – a small rocky bay. It has a shallow lagoon, excellent for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and diving.
